The move comes after the body received a formal complaint from Real Madrid, who believe the so-called &#8216;Miami plan&#8217; clearly distorts the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposed Villarreal vs Barcelona match in Miami continues to generate significant controversy.
