Fede Valverde spoke on his social media to deny that Tchouam\u00e9ni hit him. The Uruguayan said he \u201caccidentally bumped into a table.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At no point did my teammate hit me, and I did not hit him either, although I understand that for you it is easier to believe that we fought or that it was intentional, but that did not happen. I feel that my anger at the situation, my frustration at seeing some of us reaching the end of the season with our last strength, giving everything we have, led me to discuss it with a teammate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am sorry. I am truly sorry because the situation hurts me; the moment we are going through hurts me. Madrid is one of the most important things in my life, and I cannot be indifferent. The result is an accumulation of factors that ends in a senseless fight, damaging my image, leaving room for people to invent, defame, and add spice to an accident. I have no doubt that the clashes we might have outside the field disappear once we are on it, and if I have to defend it inside a stadium, I will be the first to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
