AS Roma have submitted an improved third bid worth around €47 million plus add-ons for Crysencio Summerville after West Ham rejected the Italian club’s second offer for the Dutch winger, according to Fabrizio Romano.
With pre-season now underway and the start of the 2026/27 campaign fast approaching, AS Roma are stepping up their transfer activity as they look to finalise their squad ahead of the new Serie A season.
The Giallorossi’s top priority this summer remains Crysencio Summerville, with the club’s hierarchy viewing the Dutch winger as the marquee signing capable of taking Roma’s attack to the next level.
Roma’s opening offer for the former Leeds United winger was turned down by West Ham, while a second proposal worth €46 million also failed to convince the Premier League club, according to Fabrizio Romano.
However, the Italian side have no intention of giving up. Romano reports that Roma have now submitted an improved third bid worth €47 million plus add-ons, hoping it will finally be enough to persuade the Hammers to sanction Summerville’s departure.
