Como announced on Wednesday the transfer of Jesus Rodriguez for just over 22 million euros. The latest product of the Real Betis youth academy has signed for Cesc Fabregas’ side until 30th June 2030.
Real Betis have made official on Wednesday the transfer to Como of left winger Jesus Rodriguez. The Lombard club will pay around 22 million euros plus a percentage of around 10 per cent of a future sale, sources from the deal told EFE.
Jesus Rodriguez, 19 years old and international for Spain in lower divisions, debuted at the end of last October with the first team, with which he has played in the recently concluded season 32 official matches in which he has scored three goals.
The winger from Alcala de Guadaira (Seville), who has played with the Spanish U21 national team at the European Championship in Slovakia, will play alongside Spanish coach Cesc Fábregas at Como, who is confident in what the new signing can bring to the team.
Furthermore, this operation is reminiscent of that of another young talent from the Betis youth academy, the Spanish-Negalese striker Assane Diao, who was transferred to the Italian club last January. Jesus Rodriguez has gone down in the recent history of Real Betis.
