Barcelona have released images of their second kit for the 2025-26 season via their official channels. The design features the Kobe Bryant clothing brand and incorporates gold, black and purple tones.
Just two days before their second pre-season friendly, Barcelona have unveiled their alternative strip for the 2025-26 campaign. The design is a collaboration with the clothing brand of the late Kobe Bryant, opting for a predominantly gold tone with purple and black features, alongside greyish details for the badge and the emblem of the former basketball player.
The price is around €200, similar to other items this season, such as Atletico Madrid’s home shirt. A quick glance at the club shop section of Barcelona’s official website confirms this. The final cost varies depending on factors such as adding the name of one of Hansi Flick’s players, competition patches like those for La Liga or the Champions League, or the inclusion of squad numbers.
Gavi and Alejandro Balde are two of the most recognisable faces used by the club’s media team to promote the kit. The message, like those at this stage last year, emphasises the identity of ball control that permeates from La Masia. The newly launched merchandise ‘drop’ also includes limited edition trainers, although they are currently only available for pre-order.
Barcelona are likely to debut this kit in their match against Seoul on Thursday morning. It will be the squad’s second test after a satisfactory debut against Vissel Kobe. The Japanese side lost 3-1 and witnessed interesting debuts such as that of Marcus Rashford, one of the most impressive signings made by the sporting directorate this summer.
