Celta Vigo confirm the arrival of Bryan Zaragoza, who returns to La Liga. The winger spent last season on loan at Osasuna.
Bryan Zaragoza has made his choice: Vigo. After weeks of negotiation, and despite competition from Real Betis, Villarreal and clubs abroad, Celta have confirmed an agreement with the Spaniard to bring the winger into their ranks, bolstering the left side of the Galician side’s attack.
Negotiations with Bayern Munchen have been successful, resulting in a loan deal that includes an option to buy the attacker. Claudio Giraldez’s side thus secure the services of a Spain international who will have a season to earn a place in Luis de la Fuente’s squad for the 2026 World Cup.
At 23, Bryan Zaragoza failed to convince Bayern, who initially paid Granada 13 million for his services. Deemed surplus to requirements by Tuchel, the Spaniard opted for a loan move to Osasuna last season. However, injuries hampered the Malaga native’s consistency.
Across 28 appearances in the 2024-25 season, Bryan Zaragoza finished the campaign with one goal and six assists for the Navarran side.
