Kylian Mbappe and Paris Saint-Germain are set to meet in court on November 17 as the French forward pursues a legal claim against his former club over unpaid wages and bonuses.
According to AFP, both parties have been summoned to appear before a labour tribunal in Paris at 13.00 CET. The hearing will focus on the reclassification of Mbappe’s previous fixed-term employment contract into a permanent one, a move that could influence the outcome of his financial claim.
PSG have yet to comment on the summons when contacted by EFE.
Mbappe is reportedly seeking around €55 million in outstanding payments related to the final months of his seven-year spell in the French capital.
The Real Madrid forward previously withdrew a separate legal complaint against PSG last July, in which he accused the club of harassment and coercion during their attempts to pressure him into signing a contract extension — an offer he ultimately declined before sealing his move to Spain.
