Portugal secured a 2-1 win over Norway courtesy of goals from Joao Felix and Goncalo Ramos, claiming their second consecutive Nations League victory despite a spirited fightback from Haaland and co.
Portugal edged past Norway 2-1 in a contest in which they were at one point two goals ahead. Joao Felix broke the deadlock in the 17th minute, but Erling Haaland restored parity early in the second half. Goncalo Ramos then struck Portugal’s winner in the 54th minute and, despite late Norwegian pressure, Jorge Jesus’ side held on to their advantage until the final whistle.
Norway: started on the front foot and carved out several dangerous openings through Haaland and Odegaard, only to find Diogo Costa alert between the posts. Undeterred by Joao Felix’s opener, Stale Solbakken’s men continued to hunt for an equaliser, fashioning decent opportunities before the interval. Haaland eventually made it 1-1 in the 51st minute, but Portugal snatched back the lead shortly afterwards following a defensive lapse. In the closing stages, Norway threw everything forward in search of another goal, but were unable to beat Costa again.

After the restart, Goncalo Ramos pounced on two Norwegian errors to find the net twice, though his first effort was chalked off by VAR for offside. Jorge Jesus then refreshed his ranks with the introductions of Vitinha, Rafael Leao, Trincao, and Bernardo Silva, ensuring Portugal weathered the late onslaught to secure all three points.
